Gravitas Impact premium coaches partnered with Transform African Ministries and Fit for Life, a program which supports novice entrepreneurs in setting up and building businesses they are passionate about. With scarce employment opportunities facing this generation in Uganda, the impact was life-changing for these young, potential business owners, as well as for their communities, their country and the continent as a whole. For over a decade, he has been quietly conceiving and executing long-term strategy, building great teams, and ensuring that our coaches are cared for, successful and that we are all positively impacting the world while having fun. He is a talented communicator and proven leader who understands corporate culture, collaborative process, and how to assist organizations and their leadership to optimize the balance between people, performance and profit.

In his downtime, Keith discusses geo-politics, strategy and world views with his children and strangers in the airport. He reads The Economist and National Geographic and makes a fantastic habanero deviled egg with bacon garnish.

MEET OUR TEAM

Isaac Russell

Chief Operating Officer

Isaac Russell is the founder and CEO of Success Plus Consulting which provides hands-on management training and leadership coaching to help companies build a better business. As Chief Operating Officer for Gravitas Impact Premium Coaches, he brings 20+ years of experience supporting team members and coaches.

His “Success Model” training philosophy is based on the idea that those in a leadership role have a direct impact on company culture, which is the fundamental building block for success. Company culture affects everything from turnover rates to productivity, and it’s the leader’s job to cultivate a positive environment that promotes diversity, teamwork, and communication.

Russell has successfully used the Success Model to provide executives, managers, and supervisors with the characteristics and skills they need to get the job done, primarily: influence, self-awareness, insight, and empathy.

Michael Boggs

Chief Financial Officer

A consultant with Crabtree, Rowe & Berger, P.C., Michael serves as CFO for Gravitas Impact premium coaches.  He is an accomplished Human Resource and Financial Leader in both Fortune 100 and small to mid-size companies. He possesses a robust ability to strategically lead talent management and employee development and has proven success in understanding the financial goals of the business and building the team to accomplish those goals. Michael is able to communicate across multi-sites and cross functional areas through clear objectives and teamwork. He is a high impact, energetic leader with a history of executing programs, shaping company culture, recognition of talent, and managing performance.

Annette Haley

Executive Assistant

Annette Haley is a detail oriented professional with extensive administrative support experience. A dedicated team player with excellent organizational abilities, she is enthusiastic and dependable as well as skilled in anticipating the needs of others.

The Washington native has held previous positions in the hospitality industry, handling computer-based assignments, special project coordination, marketing and training. Annette’s professional experience in complex scheduling and travel management, facilitating teamwork and training, and exceptional customer service will continue to benefit the our team members and coaches. A graduate of Clark College with a certificate in Office Administration, Annette has a reputation as a problem-solver and as the “go-to” person in a fast-paced office environment.

Cindy Kraft

Director of Operations

As operations director, Cindy Kraft leads and executes numerous Gravitas Impact Premium Coaches programs, in addition to overseeing a multitude of business, technology and operational initiatives. As a computer programmer and systems administrator, Cindy has 24 years’ experience dealing with all types of data involved in the business process. Her skills are instrumental in coordination of Four Decisions® Workshops and Premium Coach Events, assisting the team with overall integration of marketing/logistics & registrations, and budgeting. Spreadsheets, databases, websites and marketing materials keep her multi-tasking skills in great shape.

Cindy has a degree in Business Computer Systems from the University of Portland.

Debbie Trimble

Accounting, HR & Administrative Coordinator

Debbie Trimble has served as Accounting, HR and Administrative Coordinator since 2012. Powered by morning workouts, she manages all accounting and payroll functions, whips out invoices, tracks all A/P and A/R, and helps onboard new coaches through the registration process. Her team members are amazed at all the tasks Debbie is able to accomplish with a smile!

Debbie studied business at Columbia Basin College and honed her administrative skills over 20 years before joining this organization, including professional positions with area print media, The Columbian and Vancouver Business Journal. This numbers lover recently added accounting to her skill set and is the go-to contact for team members and coaches.

Mary Peters

Event Manager

Always with a ready smile and helpful attitude, Mary Peters brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience to our organization as we strive to provide premium events to our coaching community. She started her career working on special events at the Walt Disney World Resort, and she has planned everything from large tech conferences for thousands of attendees to small intimate meetings for Fortune 100 executives. Mary has a unique perspective on events as she has worked on both the service side of the industry as a meeting planner and the client side as a Catering Sales Manager for Hilton Resorts and Hotels.

Mary is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and a minor in Business. In addition, she has an extensive background in content development for leadership conferences, and specialized training in environmentally-friendly meetings.

Maureen Chan-Hefflin

Director of IP & Training

Maureen currently focuses on the intellectual property (IP), tools development and training. She brings over 25 years of marketing communication leadership and intercultural experience. Maureen has been instrumental in developing a social sector track for coaches serving clients in the public sector and works to ensure that new and existing IP and tools are accessible to coaches worldwide. She also strategizes with the global trainers to develop, manage and improve certification and training programs for coaches internationally.

Born and raised in Singapore, Maureen came to the U.S. for her tertiary education where she earned her master’s degree in Public Affairs. Before her law school aspirations took a creative turn, Maureen also holds a bachelor’s in English (pre-law) in addition to a degree in Communications (Advertising) at the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University. She serves as an adjunct instructor in Clark College’s Business Technology department, and the American West Vancouver Chinese School board.

Rhonda Davis

Coaches Training Coordinator

Rhonda Davis is our Coaches’ Training Coordinator. Her focus is on guiding new coaches through the certification process, especially the Oral Panel.  In this position, she also helps with all of our trainings, including annual recertification. Rhonda’s organizational skills and ability to anticipate the needs of others provide valuable support to new coaches and her co-workers. Her energetic, friendly personality and exceptional attention to detail make her an important resource for coaches and the entire team.

Rhonda brings over 16 years of experience as an entrepreneur and small business owner to the table. She knows what it is like to bring one’s vision to light and helps others achieve this goal.  Her past work experience includes scheduling, accounting and opening her own successful business.
