Keith Cupp

CEO, President

Having served in multiple high technology companies at almost every “seat at the management table” building teams and cultures, Keith continues a life of service as president of Gravitas Impact Premium Coaches. For over a decade, he has been quietly conceiving and executing long-term strategy and building great teams. He continuously is ensuring that our coaches are cared for, successful, and that we are all positively impacting the world while having fun. He is a talented communicator and proven leader who understands corporate culture, collaborative process, and how to assist organizations and their leadership teams to optimize the balance between people, performance, and profit.

In his downtime, Keith discusses geo-politics, strategy, and world views with his children. He reads The Economist and National Geographic and makes a fantastic habanero deviled egg with bacon garnish.

Sara Davenport

Director of Operations

Sara is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of empowering team members to excel in their professional goals. Her experience in post-secondary education administration, coaching, curriculum development, building high-functioning teams, and process improvement give her unique insights in the needs of our coaches. Sara holds an MBA and specializes in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership. As a former Academic Dean, Sara is well-versed in verbal and written communication, organization, budget preparation, developing and implementing goals, managing resources, strategic planning, attracting and retaining talent, and working with diverse populations. 

Sara is based here in Vancouver, with her husband Wes and their 3 hungry, growing boys, loving gardening, their beloved dogs, and life.

Sam Borland

Director of Business Development and Engagement

Sam has more than 25 years working in technology. She founded a Chicago-based software company and was listed as one of the Top 10 technology women in Chicago. Prior to building her own business she was an Executive Meeting Planner with Smith Bucklin and ADA. Sam knows our industry and the CEO / Entrepreneur / Coach niches well as she formerly worked in YPO, EO (as a member), and worked at Traction Tools in support of EOS Implementers. She also served as the Director of Engagement and Virtual Learning for Geniecast, the world’s largest platform for speakers, experts and thought leaders via live two-way interactive video. She uses these experiences to connect with our coaches and ensures that our team understands the business requirements of the customer, so that we are able to provide services that meet these needs.

Sam graduated with a B.A. from the University of Kansas. She and her husband Ned reside in Lake Bluff, Illinois, and have three children.

Amy Stoller

Chief Marketing Officer

Amy is a proven sales and marketing executive, who brings more than 25 years of broad experience to Gravitas Impact. A media and marketing veteran with skills across multiple advertising, marketing and media platforms, Amy has initiated, directed and successfully executed promotional campaigns for alternative newsweeklies, City & Regional Magazines, Out of Home, B2B and the healthcare industry.

Having managed marketing for Philadelphia City Paper, Philly Weekly, Philadelphia Magazine, The CMO Club and Omni Ophthalmic Management Consultants to name a few, Gravitas Impact could not be a more appropriate organization through which she can bring her knowledge and boundless energy to bear. Innovative marketing concepts, traditional and non-traditional, and growth-driven content solutions are Amy’s passion. She has worked hard to establish a reputation for delivering high impact results, for the short and long-term, with superior customer relations.

Amy resides in Merion Station, PA with her husband, two sons and their Irish Setter.

Megan Jackson

Operations and Marketing Coordinator

As a young entrepreneur, Megan owned and managed her own business with over 200+ clients. Through this experience, she developed her skills in marketing execution, automating / streamlining systems, and operational efficiency. Megan joined us at the beginning of 2021 and has been instrumental in the transformation of our back-office systems. She supports our coach engagement, marketing execution, and operations. As a recent transplant from Kansas to Washington, Megan and her husband enjoy hiking and exploring new Airbnb’s with their two rescue dogs. 

Megan graduated with a B.S. from a private school in Kansas. She was the Captain of her collegiate basketball team, and won the national NAIA championship her senior year. Megan knows how to catalyze great teams.
