What is the Gravitas coaching framework?
The 7 Attributes of Agile Growth® form the foundation of the Business Operating System (BOS) employed by Gravitas Impact coaches. This system harmonizes the 7 key functions of a company - Leadership, Strategy, Talent, Customer, Execution, Profit, and Systems - to provide a holistic approach to business and leadership development. The framework is designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing coaches to apply it to the unique needs of each client.
What does the Gravitas certification program entail?
The Gravitas certification curriculum combines self-paced online learning with cohort-based sessions. This comprehensive program equips coaches with the knowledge, tools, and facilitation skills needed to effectively apply the 7 Attributes of Agile Growth® core framework & tools with leadership teams. Coaches learn to tailor the model to each client’s unique needs, co-create customized growth roadmaps, and lead transformative conversations that drive sustainable results.
What is the membership application process?
At Gravitas Impact, our membership process begins when you submit your information, initiating a journey centered on mutual alignment with our core values. We utilize a variety of data-driven tools, including detailed assessments and a rigorous vetting process, to ensure that both you and Gravitas share a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. This mutual alignment allows us to provide tailored support and development opportunities that empower our coaches to excel and make a lasting impact. We intentionally limit our community to 15 new coaches each year, because depth, trust, and alignment cannot be scaled infinitely. If our values, standards, and aspirations align, we move forward together—if not, we part with clarity and respect.
How does the Gravitas community support coaches?
In addition to the formal curriculum, Gravitas coaches benefit from a vibrant community of like-minded practitioners. This includes access to a private LinkedIn group, regular "Peer Mastermind" sessions, annual in-person symposiums, and regional meetings. The community fosters ongoing learning, accountability, and support.
