David Shares his BIG IDEA, which is that CEOs and entrepreneurs should throw away their titles if they want to be a leader. His premise roots from the basic idea, you do not get promoted to be a leader. You get promoted to being a boss. Leadership is something very different. You have to earn the right to be a leader, and it does not come from your position.

David shares his purpose to connect leaders and difference makers in the world with their authentic self to amplify their impact on the world. His passion has been around connecting leaders with their hearts and bringing that entire message through their healing.
